All projects are assigned a project/localisation manager. He/she will be responsible for liaising with you, the customer, as well as for overseeing the progress and quality control procedures of the project.
To ensure the best quality, we only work with qualified and experienced translators who are specialists within their subject areas and who only translate into their mother tongue.
Every translation project is thoroughly checked for:
- Completeness
- Accuracy of content and terminology
- Correctness of spelling, grammar and style
- Compliance with terminological and page layout specifications supplied by the customer.
Confidentiality
At Tranflex AB we take confidentiality very seriously. We regularly handle sensitive, confidential and pre-release material, and therefore we take every precaution to keep our customers' data safe and secure:
- All Tranflex's translators are bound to a confidentiality agreement for each and every project, irrespective of whether the customer has requested this or not.
- All in-house staff have signed confidentially agreements
- We ensure absolute minimum access to any confidential material
- All in-house computers are protected against unauthorised access
